Shipping & Return Policy

Our paramount goal is customer satisfaction. Because of this, all sales are FINAL.

Our hats are carefully curated handcrafted items. We include our customers in every step of the design process for approval and satisfaction by providing photos, videos and timely communication.

SHIPPING

Order processing takes between 2 to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, we diligently do our best to have all items shipped to you within 2 - 3 weeks. Your shipping rate includes an insured package including a large hat box with additional packaging to protect the shape of your hat. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

Customers are responsible for any additional  expedited shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx . Tracking will be provided.

International shipping is not offered at this time.
